In May, we will be attending our first Yankee game of the season! When you visit NYC for the first time, a Yankee game is a must-go! Baseball is America's favorite past time, join us to experience the feeling of being a Yankee fan!

Monday, May 25th, school will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, when Americans remember soldiers who died in battle. Memorial Day also marks the beginning of summer, when NYC public beaches and pools, as well as the seasonal bars at beaches and parks open for the summer season. Barbecue season has commenced!

To end the month of May on a good note, we will be walking across the Brooklyn Bridge and enjoying the free live Jazz festival! This yearly event marks the beginning of the free NYC concert series at our public parks. The amazing views and the free live music are perfect ways to welcome summer!

Everyone is welcome to join our activities! Please remember to sign up! Do you have suggestions for future activities? Let us know! We may also like your idea! :-)
