NYLC Group Activity: Astoria & Roosevelt Island Walking Tour!

Astoria is a growing neighborhood in Queens and Roosevelt Island is an island between Manhattan and Queens with an extremely interesting history. James, a native New Yorker, will give you information about this area. On the tour, we will see Socrates Sculpture Park (a park with great art and a view of Manhattan), walk across a bridge to Roosevelt Island, see Renwick Ruins (the ruins of an old smallpox hospital), take the air tram to Manhattan, and much more!

Meet James at NYLC Midtown (226 West 37th Street, between 7th and 8th Aves, Manhattan) at 2:30pm.

Please sign up for this activity with Cassandra or the Front Desk. We can only take 20 students, so sign up today! This activity is FREE.
