NYLC Group Activity: The Bronx Zoo!

Come see the world’s largest urban zoo, with over 600 species! Meet at Midtown NYLC (226 West 37^th Street, 11^th floor, between 7^th and 8^th Avenues) at 1:00pm. From there, we’ll take the uptown 2 train to the Bronx Zoo. This event is “pay what you wish,” with a suggested donation of $16. We’ll arrive at the zoo around 2:00pm. The zoo closes at 5:00pm.

Under the direction of Susan Caldwell, this semester-end performance will feature opera excerpts presented by the Extension Division opera class.

We will meet at 6:30 at NYLC Midtown (226 West 37^th Street), then travel together to the Brooklyn Bridge. We will walk across the bridge at sunset, and then join in a FREE DANCE PARTY at the Brooklyn Bridge Park featuring funk and old-school hip-hop music from Zapp and D-Nice (for more information, visit bricartsmedia.org).

 

There will be a beer garden, food trucks, and the best view in New York!
