Tired of eating hamburgers? Try Thai food! Enjoy lunch and conversation with your fellow classmates and practice your English! We will be eating at the world-famous restaurant Zoob Zib (462 9^th Ave.) Available dishes include Thai-style Green Curry and, everyone’s favorite, Pad Thai noodles! There’s something for everyone! Don’t miss this opportunity!

Dishes on the menu cost between $­­12 -$17.

The High Line

and Chelsea Market

The High Line is an elevated park and Chelsea Market is a large mall with unique food and shops.

The High Line is a public park that runs above the streets of Chelsea. It used to be a train track and is a great example of modern New York architecture.

Meet at Midtown NYLC (226 West 37^th Street). From there, we’ll walk to West 30^th Street and 10^th Avenue, where the High Line begins.

Ice Skating in Bryant Park

 Friday, January 10^th   2:30

Ice skate under the skyscarpers in Bryant Park! The General Admission is FREE. Skate Rental is $15 (or you can bring your own skates). You can pay at the door. Bring a LOCK to use the lockers. The bag check costs $8-10.

                                                                                                                             

Meet at 2:30pm at NYLC Midtown on the 10^th floor. We will walk to Bryant Park.
