Bastille Day on 60th Street & Lexington Avenue!

Admire French art, food, and music? Stop by the Bastille Day Party to enjoy all three, this Sunday on Lexington Avenue and become even more enamored with French culture!

Wend your way down 60th Street for a celebration of French food and culture. Stalls from the likes of François Payard and Bistro Chat Noir will feature sweet and savory selections, like coffee éclairs ($4) and baguettes filled with grilled beefsteak and tarragon mustard aioli ($6). Pick up treats such as macarons and Bordeaux-style canelés, and try $15 tastings featuring provençal wines, assorted French curds and a choice of a cocktail or a beer ($15). Tap your toes to classic French swing by New York band Les Chauds Lapins, or brush up on your high-school Français with free 30-minute language workshops led by teachers at the French Institute Alliance Française.
