and Mermaid Parade
Saturday, June 18th
Coney Island is a New York City ocean-side neighborhood that features an amusement area that includes 50 or more separate rides and attractions.
Meet Adriane at NYLC Midtown (226 West 37th Street, between 7th and 8th Aves, Manhattan) at 1:45pm (or meet at Coney Island in front of Nathan’s Famous, at Surf Ave and Stillwell Ave, at 2:45pm). From there, we’ll take the N/Q downtown/Brooklyn train to Coney Island/Stillwell Ave in Brooklyn. We’ll watch the second half of the Mermaid Parade at 3pm, visit the aquarium from about 4-7pm, and then walk around Coney Island and the boardwalk from 7pm and on.
Email email@example.com or speak with Adriane at Midtown NYLC (1-212-268-6500 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-212-268-6500 end_of_the_skype_highlighting) for more information and to sign up for this activity. The aquarium costs $7 if you pay and reserve your ticket from NYLC before or on Friday, June 3rd, and $10 if you pay after Friday, June 3rd. You can also purchase tickets at the aquarium for $15. There is no admission fee to Coney Island, but rides, games, food, and some shows have separate costs.
Everyone is welcome to come!
