Where: Meet at the N train Broadway stop in
, Astoria Queensat and walk from there to Socrates Sculpture Park
: an exhibition space for artists and a neighborhood park for local residents that offers free kayaking in Hallets Cove. Socrates Sculpture Park
§ After seeing the park and kayaking, we’ll walk through
(Little Astoria , Greek and Cypriot areas, other main shopping areas, and Egypt ) Astoria Park
§ We’ll end up at Bohemian Hall, a gigantic, century-old Czech beer garden. Bohemian Hall is all ages, but bring ID if you want to order beer.
*This trip includes a good amount of walking so wear comfortable shoes.*
