Eton Chan’s eponymous Carroll Gardens takeout shop has earned him a reputation as a skilled (and Eat Out Award–winning) dumpling maker. At this new, 19-seat location, Chan offers his signature pan-seared bundles—stuffed with pork, beef and cabbage, chicken and mushrooms or vegetables and lentils—as well as Asian-bun sliders and Hawaiian shave ice.
